peace and silence in my garden

at the last days there are so much of light. sun returns to the spring and days become longer and longer..

few days ago we were walking with Oleksiy around our village . near one old broken porch I've noticed this moon-flowers. who knows how many years in a row it is sown on this abandoned yard. 

silence. peace and frosty snow creaking

a form often finds an artist

our friends, Julia and Helen were hosted by us at the halloween.
their pumpkin, themed gift, inspired us with its lines to create this form)

this sunny sunDay awoke me from deep winter dream, I feel light inside.

herbal inspiration

in the summer time we harvested a lavender flowers, and at home, on the windowsill, young bright is blooming too)

pottery clay is very pleasant for work, plastic and light. herbal stamps to decorate and red clay was used as engobe. I was pleasantly surprised with so natural result.

despite the new trend to press the simple herbal patterns on ceramic surface, it brings some gentle breath of summer to stoned clay.

ceramic experiments with copper

at snowing days we watch the forest from the window,
but it will wait us till spring comes.

our love for nature and and wood was reflected in this plate for slicing.
we made a prior engraving of wood frame and pressed it on the clay.
I especially love to work with copper which makes ceramics alive.

a winter's morning

I wear the wool socks, wrap in the fluff kerchief

and get out to meet the sun, the forest and the sleeping earth.
I meet a new day.

feel the difference

only one month difference and we have got the winter.

can walk only in company with thermos with the raspberry tea.
